Depending on the form, we collect your contact details, message and information you choose to provide. An application includes your CV and answers about your professional experience. A booking includes the selected service and time slot.
How it is used
This information is used to review your application, answer your enquiry or arrange your appointment. It is accessible to the people handling the request. Contact us before submitting if you have questions about presenting your profile to an employer.
Technical information
The website may record the page your request came from and associated campaign parameters. Technical security data helps limit abuse. Booking details you type are temporarily retained in your browser tab for 15 minutes to support changing a time slot, and cleared at confirmation. No CV is saved in this browser storage.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see which pages actually get used and improve the site. These cookies are only set after you accept: they are denied by default, and refusing is as easy as accepting. We display no advertising, sell no data, and enable neither ad targeting nor Google signals. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie. Messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram
When you message us on Messenger or Instagram, or comment on a NorthBridge Talent post or ad, we receive your message or comment, your profile name and the identifier Meta assigns for our page. An automated assistant uses this information only to reply and direct you to our team on WhatsApp or to our website. The message text is processed by an artificial-intelligence service to draft the reply; it is not sold or used for advertising. Messages remain in our Facebook/Instagram page inbox and, for at most 14 days, in the assistant's technical log. To request deletion of this information, write to [email protected] with your Facebook or Instagram profile name.
Retention and requests
To ask about the retention period for your file or request access, correction or deletion of your information, write to [email protected]. Use the email address from your request and identify the relevant form. Do not attach identity documents unless asked.
Launch notifications
The email address submitted on the coming-soon page is used to contact you at launch. You can ask to be removed from the list by writing to [email protected].
