Find an opening that interests you
Check the occupation, location, responsibilities and requirements. Ask us about missing details before deciding. You can also submit a general application.
Prepare your application
Have a CV in PDF, DOC or DOCX format under 8 MB ready. Provide your contact details, occupation, experience and languages. Consultations with an advisor are optional and paid; booking one is not required to apply.
We review your experience
Your application helps us compare your background with the roles available. We contact you if there is a potential next step or we need more information. For follow-up questions, use the email address from your application.
Speak with the employer
If an employer wants to continue, a conversation helps clarify the role and your experience. Ask for written terms, including compensation, working hours and location, before committing.
Separate recruitment from permit decisions
An application or interview does not guarantee a job, permit or visa. Employers make hiring decisions; the relevant authorities decide on permits and visas. For Canada and the United Kingdom, visa and permit steps are carried out with partner Canadian and British immigration experts; for the United States, the file and the interview remain yours. NorthBridge Talent never files an application or gives immigration advice.
Choose only the support you need
Additional services, including consultations and preparation, are optional. Paid support must be described and quoted in writing before your agreement. An appointment is not required to apply.
