Recruitment agency for Canada, in Casablanca

A recruitment agency in Casablanca: you send your CV, an advisor reads it, and we put your profile in front of Canadian employers whose position genuinely matches your experience. Not on a mailing list.

The essentials in three lines

  • Who it is for: a candidate in Morocco looking for a job in Canada, in one of our eight sectors.
  • Our role: reading your CV, pre-screening you, then presenting your profile to Canadian employers whose position matches.
  • Who decides: the employer chooses the candidate; the work permit is decided by the Canadian authorities (IRCC), never by us.

WHAT PLACEMENT COVERS

What we do for your application

Placement is our core business. This is what it means in practice.

  • Your CV read by an advisor, not by an automatic filter.
  • A pre-screening interview in French or Arabic, by phone or video call.
  • Your profile presented only to employers whose position matches your experience.
  • Openings verified with the Canadian employer: sector, province and salary range stated.
  • The expected language level, written on every opening.
  • A reply within 48 working hours, even when the answer is no.
  • One point of contact, from your CV to your arrival.

HOW IT WORKS

Five steps, from your CV to departure

  1. Send your CV

A few minutes on the Apply page, for a specific opening or as a general application. An advisor reads your CV and replies.

  2. Pre-screening

An interview in French or Arabic, by phone or video call, to go over your experience and your plans.

  3. Introduction

We present your profile to Canadian employers whose position genuinely matches. The employer decides whom to interview, and whom to hire.

  4. Offer and permit

When an employer selects you, ask for the conditions in writing: wage, hours, location. The permit file is then prepared with our partner Canadian immigration experts.

  5. Departure and arrival

Follow-up until you board, and after. You keep the same point of contact from start to finish.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

The limits, stated upfront

  • Promise a job: the employer chooses the candidate, never us.
  • Sell an employment contract. A contract comes from an employer who has selected you; it cannot be bought.
  • Publish an opening that has not been verified with the employer.
  • Mass-send your CV to employers whose position does not match you.
  • File an immigration application or give immigration advice: that role belongs to our partner experts.
  • Keep your original documents: we work from copies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What people ask us about placement

How do I apply for a job in Canada?

Browse the openings on the Jobs page, then send your application with your CV from the Apply page. An advisor reads it and replies. Applying requires no appointment and no consultation.

What if there is no opening in my trade today?

Send a general application. An advisor reads your CV and replies, even if no opening matches today. New positions are published on the Jobs page.

Who decides whether I am hired?

The Canadian employer. We present your profile when the position matches your experience; the employer decides whom to interview and whom to hire. The work permit is then decided by the Canadian authorities.

Which work permit comes after the job offer?

It depends on the position and the employer: an LMIA, or an exemption such as Francophone Mobility for a French-speaking candidate. The file is prepared with our partner Canadian immigration experts; check current conditions on the IRCC website.

Can you prepare me for the job interview?

Yes, as a separate service on request: mock interviews in French or English, then honest feedback on what to fix before the real one.

Do my diplomas need to be translated and legalised?

Often, depending on the position and the permit route. Our File preparation service handles it: translation, legalisation and formatting of diplomas and certificates, each document checked. You get the exact list document by document.

Which sectors do you recruit for?

Eight sectors: skilled trades, food service, transport, food processing, hospitality, construction, cleaning and maintenance, health and personal care. Every opening states the province, the salary range and the expected language level.
