About the position
A restaurant in Alberta is hiring experienced cooks. You will prepare and cook menu items during service, following recipes, portions and food-safety rules. This is a full-time position. You will work as part of a kitchen team, under the chef, in a fast and careful service: prep, cooking, plating and keeping your station clean. Consistency, hygiene and teamwork matter as much as skill.
What you would do

- Apply food hygiene and safety rules
- Clean your station and keep track of stock
Who we are looking for
- At least 2 years as a cook in a restaurant or hotel
- Minimum education: some secondary school
- A cook's diploma or certificate (hospitality school or equivalent) — strongly preferred
- Comfortable with the pace of a busy service
- Basic English to work in a team
- Clean criminal record
- French: NCLC 5 or higher
